You must agree to the following terms.
Your use (accessing, browsing, buying, etc.) of this site is your legal agreement
to the policies, terms and conditions below.
You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations; including
exports and re-exports control regulations. If you do not agree to these terms,
do not use this site.
Business Hours: We can only process order from Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm
Rental Day: Rentals are based on a 24 hour period. Rentals picked up after 2:00pm
are due back by 7AM the following morning.
Weekends: Rentals picked up on Friday (2:00 pm), are due back the next Monday
by 7AM. Rental charge is one day.
Week Rentals: A seven day rental is billed as three days.
Insurance and deposit: The customer is responsible for loss or damage due
to negligence, theft, improper installation and/or operation of all rented equipment.
Proof of adequate coverage for the full replacement value of the equipment may
be required prior to rental. A Certificate of Insurance will be required.
Cancellations: Please call us if you have a cancellation. Last minute cancellations
may incur a fee. If equipment has already been delivered by messenger, customer
will pay all messenger charges.
Equipment: All equipment is examined and tested prior to and directly after
each rental. Any problems with equipment must be reported immediately to Boylan
Studios for adjustment consideration.
Set up and break down of the equipment: You are responsible for unpacking boxes
for camera and lighting and setting up your photo shoot set. You are also required
to pack and tidy the camera and lighting equipment after you are done with the
shoot.
Our assistant photographer can be hired temporarily if need be.
Limitation of Liability: in no event shall the studio owners, its parent, subsidiaries,
or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives,
or agents be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive,
or indirect damages (including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits),
however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and
whether or not this company has been advised of the possibility of any such
damages. You agree that the company parties maximum liability arising from any
product sold shall not exceed the price of such product. Some jurisdictions
do not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability for certain damages so
the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you to the extent such
jurisdictions law is applicable to this agreement.
